Adding itself to our list of rare and experimental coffees is this amazing Ethiopian that was grown around the kebele (town) of Gomoro in the Oromia Region. This coffee went on a short anaerobic fermentation below 72 hours producing such amazing complexity and is an exemplary example of sweet, vibrant and aromatic coffee.
