Adding another new exciting rare and experimental coffee in our stash. This special washed processed Castillo variety was produced by Samuel Bermudez at the "Beneficio" in his farm at El Paraiso in Colombia. The coffee underwent anaerobic fermentation and a special long drying method, producing key notes of Peach, Rose Tea and Molasses.
