Brewing our Coffee

 

Brewing coffee at home, in your office or even on a trip is some of the best ways to enjoy a good cup of coffee. All you will need is some freshly roasted coffees, an equipment of your choice and a simple coffee brewing knowhow. We hope these brew guides will help you brew and enjoy amazing coffees like we do every day.

What you’ll need:

 

  • Freshly roasted coffee

  • Clean filtered water (90 – 96C)

  • V60 dripper

  • V60 paper filter

  • Weighing scale

  • Gooseneck kettle

  • Server or a mug

  • Timer

Brewing recipe:

Brew tips:
  • Too bitter or dry finish? Adjust to coarser grind size

  • Too weak or flat? Adjust to finer grind size
